Deuteronomy 30:11-13

^11 [a]This commandment that I give you today is not too difficult for you, nor is it too distant from you. ¹² It is not in the heavens that you should say, “Who will go up into the heavens to bring it down to us so that we might hear it and observe it?” ¹³ Nor is it beyond the sea that you should say, “Who will cross over the sea to bring it to us so that we might hear it and observe it?”
